RM 86.05 is read as eighty-six ringgit and five sen.
RM 99.99 is read as ninety-nine ringgit and ninety-nine sen.

We add, subtract, multiply or divide money just like we add, subtract, multiply or divide whole numbers. The 'RM' , 'sen' and '.' must be in a straight line when working on addition, subtraction, multiplication or division in the standard written method.
